Goodbye (for now)

It’s hard to express how much we have enjoyed exploring. Over the past few years, we saw and experienced many different landscapes, cultures and culinary taste. It’s been fantastic!

It’s been a great 5 years blogging our travels but “The Thrill is Gone”. Covid 19 restrictions is mostly to blame, but we also want to have a home base. So for the next foreseeable future, we will be settling down with the plan to travel a few months out of the year. We are looking forward to our new adventure.

So….. on our way back to Virginia, we stopped at Winter Island Park in Salem, Massachusetts for a few days. A wonderful place with great views of Salem and the bay. We enjoyed our time just watching all the beautiful boats maneuvering around the bay.

  3. David,
I appreciate you guys sharing your experiences on your travels. The blogs shared great details and wonderful pictures of the visits. Pam and I hope to cross your path sometime in the future to talk more about your adventures and fun. While we have been camping for over 30 years we hope in about 6 years to do some full timing ourselves. Safe travels home my friend and take care.

  4. David,
Reading about your travels has been interesting, thanks for sharing your experience with us. All those who wander are not lost, yet there comes a time when everyone must stop. Find a home base, recharge your batteries and contemplate your next trip. If you’re ever in Richmond, I have an extension cord.
