Not to far down the street from our site is the horseshoe pit. Every morning the men & women league is out there bright and early having a good time. We can hear the clanging of the thrown shoe and the reaction of the group. It sounds like the real game is in the heckling.
Most of the parks’ activities are scheduled before lunch and this weeks news letter was four pages long. There is no paid staff for organizing activities, just volunteers. This is one active community.
After our normal routine morning, we have been doing some site seeing.
